2.1. Scout may impose necessary and reasonable conditions on Players' access to games and services to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. These conditions may include identity verification procedures under Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) measures to prevent illegal financial activities, and geographical restrictions based on legal or regulatory obligations. Any such conditions will be clearly communicated to affected Players in a timely manner.
2.2. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine and modify the minimum and maximum bet amounts and to amend or change the bets and products available on the Website at any time. For the purposes of this section, the term "bets" refers to all products available on the Site, as defined in the Definitions Section. All decisions regarding bet limits, stake restrictions, and product offerings are made after careful consideration to ensure fairness, player protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsible gambling measures are in place to align these limits with regulatory obligations and to protect Players.
2.3. The applicable bets, stake limits, and any changes will be clearly displayed on our Website at the time you place your bet(s), and any material changes will be communicated to Players in accordance with regulatory requirements.
2.4. Players can access their transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, and bet details, at any time via their account interface. A minimum of three (3) months' history is available, with up to twelve (12) months' history provided upon request. Current account balances are displayed on the interface to ensure transparency and accuracy.
3. Membership Eligibility
3.1. The Services are available only to individuals who are legally capable of entering binding contracts under the laws of their jurisdiction and who meet the legal age requirement for gambling, which is eighteen (18) years or older, or higher if specified locally. Minors are strictly prohibited from using our Site, Software, or Services. By registering for or using our Services, Players confirm they meet these eligibility requirements and are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3.2. Scout conducts age verification checks for all players during the registration process. Players must complete these checks before depositing funds, accessing free-to-play games, or gambling with any funds or bonuses. Scout reserves the right to require proof of age at any time and may refuse access to the Services if the minimum age requirement is not met. Ongoing monitoring and additional verification steps are also being applied to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
3.3. Scout maintains robust internal controls to detect and prevent access by minors and will not be held liable for any misuse of its Services by unauthorized parties or minors.
4. Registration Information
4.1. To participate in Scout’s games and products, the User must complete the registration form on the website to open a User Account. The following information in English is required to meet Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) requirements:
- Customer's Identity: The Player guarantees that all information provided regarding identity during the registration process is accurate, truthful, current, and complete. Any attempt to provide false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent any affiliation may result in the suspension or termination of the User Account, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action, as required by law.
- Date of Birth: The Player confirms that they are over eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age at which gambling is permitted in their jurisdiction. No person under eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age at which gambling is permitted in their jurisdiction should register as a Player. If we discover that a Minor is using or has used Scout’s Services for gambling their account will be closed immediately and return all funds deposited (but not any prizes) to the Minor as soon as reasonably practicable.
- Place of Residence: The Player must provide their current place of residence, which will be verified as part of the KYC process.
- Valid Email Address and Contact Number: The Player must provide a valid email address and contact phone number (mobile or landline).
- Username: The Player must choose a unique, clearly identifiable Username. Offensive, indecent, or inappropriate Usernames are prohibited, as are Usernames that allude to internet links or imply certain rights (e.g., the term "administrator" is reserved for Scout). Scout reserves the right to suspend accounts with an unacceptable Username. The Player chooses a Username that cannot be changed during the period of using the User Account.
- Password: The Player must choose a strong, non-predictable password for security purposes and is responsible for ensuring that the password is kept confidential. Scout will take reasonable steps to protect account security and notify users in case of suspected breaches. Scout recommends using a properly mixed combination of letters, numbers, and symbols for enhanced account security.
4.2. Upon registration, Scout will conduct a verification process to confirm the Player's identity, age, and other details, in accordance with KYC and AML regulations, following which the Player may deposit funds and participate in real-money gambling. This process requires the Player to provide valid proof of identity and supporting documents, as required, including, where requested by Scout, documentation on source of funds and source of wealth.
4.3. Under its legitimate interest to ensure compliance with applicable AML and KYC regulations, Scout may use independent credit reference agencies to verify the User’s age, identity, or any other information. In performing these checks, the credit reference agencies may keep a record of the User’s information, while credit ratings will be unaffected. If Scout cannot satisfactorily complete its age and identity verification process, it may ask Users to provide personal identification documents to further confirm and validate their age and identity.
4.4. The Player is responsible for keeping registration details up to date and must make necessary changes to their name, address, or email address on Scout’s website without undue delay or contact Scout to notify them of the changed details, as applicable. It is the Player’s responsibility to inform Scout promptly of any changes to personal information. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent activity, Players whose accounts have not yet completed full identity verification may update their registered phone number a maximum of three (3) times. To make further changes to the registered phone number, the Player will be required to successfully complete Our identity verification process. Please contact Customer Support if You believe You require an exception due to legitimate circumstances.
4.5. If Scout has reason to believe that information provided to it by a User is inaccurate or fraudulent, Scout reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User Account immediately and where it is legally permissible and appropriate for it to do so, retain any funds held in the User Account.
4.6. When the Player submits their first withdrawal request, they must provide details of their verified personal bank account or other approved payment method. Withdrawals will be processed only to verified accounts, typically the deposit method unless a valid reason exists for using an alternative, which will also require verification.
4.7. The Player is responsible for securing their Username and Password. While Scout takes reasonable measures to ensure User Account security, it is the Player’s responsibility to inform Scout of any suspected unauthorized access.
4.8. The Player must register personally and not on behalf of someone else.
4.9. The Player may not register if they already have an active account with Scout. Each Player is allowed only one User Account. Using more than one account ('multi-accounting') is strictly prohibited. Scout reserves the right to close Duplicate Accounts, void future bets placed on them, and refund balances unless fraudulent or unlawful activity is identified, in which case funds may be retained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4.10. Scout will process the Players' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable Data Protection laws.
4.11. Transferring funds between User Accounts is prohibited.
4.12. The Player may only deposit money using payment methods authorized by Scout. Deposits via credit cards or other credit-based payment methods are prohibited in compliance with regulatory requirements. Deposits must originate solely from lawful and authorized activities and be intended exclusively for participating in games. Deposits must not involve or be linked to illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or proliferation financing.
4.13. The registration and setup of a User Account are provided by Scout free of charge. It is the User’s choice whether to deposit funds into their User Account to play games on the Site.
4.14. There is no general right to registration or participation in the games on the Site. Scout reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate User Accounts at any time, where it is appropriate and legally permissible to do so. For example, when a Player is partaking in illegal, irregular or fraudulent play, has Duplicate Accounts, or is allowing a third party to use or fund their User Account.
4.15. The Player agrees that Scout shall be entitled to conduct identification, background, and verification checks on the Player upon registration and thereafter from time to time as required by applicable laws and regulations, including for the purpose of complying with anti-money laundering laws, responsible gambling regulations and other regulatory requirements. The Player agrees (a) that Scout may conduct third party checks on the Player; (b) to provide all information reasonably requested by Scout in order for Scout to conduct its own verification checks, including, but not limited to in relation to the Player’s name, address, source of funds, financial risk and vulnerability, occupation, salary, history of problem gambling and other related matters; and (c) where requested, to provide all supporting documentation reasonably requested by Scout. Scout reserves the right to suspend or restrict the Player's Account until such verification checks are completed to the reasonable satisfaction of Scout.
4.16. All documentation provided for KYC or other purposes must be submitted in Latin script (languages using the classical Latin alphabet). For documents in other writing systems, an official transliteration into the Latin alphabet or an official translation into English must be provided.
5. Password Security
5.1. The User is strongly advised to choose a strong and non-predictable password for security purposes. A secure password should include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and should be changed regularly to minimize security risks. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their password remains confidential and is not shared with any third parties.
5.2. Scout employs advanced security protocols and encryption measures to protect User data, but the Player must take reasonable precautions to safeguard their Username and security details, including their password. Any gaming activity conducted under the Player's credentials will be considered valid, except where there is evidence of unauthorized access or fraud. If the Player suspects that their security details have been compromised, they must notify Scout as soon as reasonably practicable.
5.3. Upon notification, Scout will promptly investigate and, where necessary, suspend the affected User Account to prevent further unauthorized transactions. New credentials may be issued if required. Transactions made after notification will be reviewed to determine if they were unauthorized and should be voided, while transactions made before notification will also be investigated for potential fraud. If Scout's systems are compromised or fraudulent activity is detected, Scout will notify the Player promptly and take appropriate measures to protect the account. Scout will inform the Player of the investigation's outcome within a reasonable timeframe and take further steps to prevent unauthorized access, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. While Scout takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, it cannot be held responsible for such access.
6. Legal Restrictions
6.1. The Player acknowledges that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Scout cannot provide legal advice or guarantees regarding the legality of its Services in any specific location. Players must confirm they are legally permitted to access and use the Services, participating in games at their own discretion and risk.
6.2. Scout takes reasonable measures to restrict access from jurisdictions where its Services are prohibited but accepts no liability for any use of the Services that violates local laws. The availability of the Site does not constitute an offer or invitation to use Scout’s Services where such activities are illegal. By entering into this Agreement, the Player warrants they are not a resident of any Excluded Countries. Players registering from a restricted country will be notified that the Services are unavailable. If a User Account is opened in violation of this rule, Scout reserves the right to terminate the Agreement, close the User Account, and handle funds in accordance with applicable laws, including forfeiture if required.

6.4. Players may only deposit funds for the purpose of genuine gameplay on the Site. Scout is not a bank or financial institution; no interest will be paid on deposits, which are deemed advance payments for transactions. Funds held by Scout are held as trustee for the Player, not as a banker or debtor. Deposits from criminal, illegal, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks. Scout reserves the right to retain, freeze, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
7. Limited Use Licence
7.1. Scout grants the Player a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited personal licence to access the Site, Software, and Services solely to participate in genuine gameplay in accordance with this Agreement.
7.2. The Player agrees not to allow unauthorized access to the Site by others and not to copy, reproduce, or use any materials appearing on the Site without Scout’s prior written consent. The Player is responsible for any unauthorized use of their User Account. Scout may monitor activity for compliance purposes and reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the User Account, if unauthorized use is detected, provided such actions are reasonable and in good faith.
7.3. The Player agrees to use information from Scout's systems solely for executing transactions on the Site and must not misuse or interfere with the Site’s functionality in ways that disrupt or impair its operation. The Player further agrees not to use the Site’s electronic communication features for unlawful, abusive, intrusive, harassing, or defamatory purposes, or for any activity that violates the privacy or legal rights of others. Scout reserves the right to report illegal activities to relevant authorities as required by law.
7.4. Scout may terminate the licence if it determines that any information provided by the Player, including contact details, is inaccurate or if the Player breaches this Agreement. Where possible, Scout will provide prior notice and an opportunity for the Player to rectify violations unless immediate termination is warranted due to evidence of serious misuse, fraud, or non-compliance with applicable laws. In such cases, the Player will be notified as soon as practicable. Termination of the licence will result in the Player being prevented from accessing Scout’s Site, Software, or Services.

Scout may also interrupt ongoing games, block the User Account, and, where legally appropriate, retain funds or winnings derived from misconduct. Players will be notified of any actions taken and given an opportunity to appeal unless immediate action is necessary for legal or operational reasons. Scout will review appeals in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations and will communicate the outcome to the Player, where permitted by law.
10. Aborted or Miscarried Games and Errors
10.1. Scout reserves the right to correct or void results if the outcome of a game is affected by a technical fault, error, or malfunction; fraudulent behavior by a Player; or a fake wager. Scout may also recall any payment made in error or rectify incorrect outcomes to ensure fairness and compliance with gaming regulations. Affected Players will be notified promptly of any actions taken and may appeal if they believe they have been unfairly impacted.

Scout will take reasonable measures to correct identified errors and reserves the right to void or suspend affected bets where reasonably necessary. Players will be informed promptly, and affected bets will be voided only when required to ensure fairness.
10.5. Scout reserves the right to cease, cancel, or suspend a market and/or declare a bet void (in whole or in part) under the following circumstances:

- Bets were placed while the Site was encountering technical issues that would otherwise have prevented acceptance;
- A result has been influenced by criminal or unethical activity; or
- A bet was offered in breach of applicable laws or regulations.
10.6. When a market is suspended, any pending bets will be rejected, and no further transactions will be processed until the issue is resolved. Scout reserves the right to cease betting on any market without prior notice if technical or regulatory concerns arise.
10.7. Voiding Bets due to Breach of Sporting Integrity Rules: It is a condition of Us accepting Bets from You that You warrant that You are not placing such Bets in breach of any rules on betting or the misuse of inside information relevant to a sport's governing body, other professional body of which You are a member, or Your employer. Where We reasonably suspect or identify that You have breached such rules, We reserve the right to void any relevant Bet(s) placed by You in connection with such breach, and We may take further action as outlined in Clauses 8 (Misconduct) and 9 (Account Closure), including reporting the activity to the relevant governing bodies or authorities where appropriate.

In accordance with LCCP Social Responsibility Code Provision 4.2.1, You must acknowledge receipt of this information regarding the level of customer funds protection during the registration process when You accept these Terms and Conditions (as outlined in Clause 1.7) and before You are permitted to deposit funds or utilise funds for gambling. Should there be any material change to the terms regarding the protection of customer funds, You will be required to acknowledge receipt of the updated information upon Your next deposit before You are permitted to gamble. As customer funds are categorised as 'Not protected', We will provide periodic reminders of this status.
11.3. For customers located outside Great Britain: Scout & Co. Ltd will verify the identity of the customer before processing any withdrawal. All withdrawals for customers located outside Great Britain are handled by Scout & Co. Ltd, following the MGA’s guidelines for handling player funds. 11.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is €10, or its equivalent in other currencies. If a Player wishes to withdraw less than the minimum amount, they should contact Scout who will inform them of the process which may, for the avoidance of doubt, involve Scout deducting a fee for processing such withdrawal. If a Player’s account is in a different currency to the currency of the account to which funds are withdrawn, currency conversion will occur. While Scout does not charge a fee for currency conversion, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees. Please verify these fees with your financial institution.
11.5. Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of, and to, the registered account holder. Wherever possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits.
11.6. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering checks. If a withdrawal is delayed due to these checks or if deposits are suspected of not being used for gameplay, the Player will be notified promptly, and further information may be requested by Scout to complete the process. Withdrawals will be processed and submitted for payment within ten (10) business days, provided all necessary information and documentation is provided and Scout’s verification policies and procedures have been complied with.
11.7. Where possible, withdrawals are processed to the original funding source. If unavailable, the next most recent source is used, subject to Scout carrying out KYC and AML checks in respect of the proposed transaction. If no funding source has been used in the last six (6) months or the source is inactive, withdrawals will be processed to an alternative source, subject to Scout applying its verification, KYC and AML policies and procedures.

Clear instructions regarding wagering requirements are provided at the time the bonus is issued to ensure transparency.

For customers outside Great Britain: Withdrawal limits for payment cards specify the maximum number of transactions and total EUR amount that a single account holder can receive within one (1), seven (7), or thirty (30) day periods. These timeframes are rolling and are based on the first transaction sent to the recipient account. If limits are exceeded in either transaction count or amount, transactions will be declined.
11.14. Withdrawal Limits:
- For the European Economic Area, excluding Great Britain:
- One Day: 100 Transactions or EUR 50,000
- Seven Day: 200 Transactions or EUR 200,000
- Thirty Day: 500 Transactions or EUR 500,000
- For the Rest of the World:
- One Day: 30 Transactions or EUR 30,000
- Seven Day: 50 Transactions or EUR 100,000
- Thirty Day: 150 Transactions or EUR 200,000
12. Payment Method Ownership Verification
12.1. Purpose: To prevent money laundering, fraud and other financial crimes, Scout verifies that all payment methods used on a User Account belong to the Player.
12.2. Verification Requirements:
- Payment Cards: The Player must submit a clear image of the payment card used for deposits, showing the cardholder's name, the first six digits, and the last four digits of the card number. For security, please ensure that all other details, including the expiration date and CVV, are obscured.
- E-Wallets: The Player must provide a screenshot or certificate from the e-wallet service showing the account holder's name and the associated email address. Additional proof of e-wallet ownership may be requested if necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
12.3. Verification Process:
- Initial Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to verification. This process may take up to 72 hours to complete, during which we ensure the payment method belongs to the Player and that the transaction meets all applicable requirements. If the verification process takes longer than expected, the Player will be notified promptly.
- Ongoing Verification: We may request additional documents at any time to comply with our regulatory obligations to Regulatory Authorities, and to comply with our verification, responsible gambling and anti-money laundering policies and procedures. - Players may not be able to withdraw funds while we complete our verification processes.
12.4. Failure to Verify: If a Player fails to provide the requested verification documents, or if there are discrepancies during the verification process, this may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals and (where it is appropriate and legally permissible) the suspension or closure of a User Account. Players will be notified of any such actions in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
12.5. Privacy: All verification information is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
13. Deposits
13.1. To fund a User Account (by transferring money to Scout's account), Players can utilise the available deposit methods, which are detailed in the Deposits and Withdrawals section of the Site.
13.2. In compliance with applicable regulations, the use of credit cards or other credit-based payment methods are strictly prohibited. This includes the indirect use of credit cards through third-party services, such as e-wallets that allow credit card funding. Deposits must be made solely for the purpose of participating in games on the website, and customers must use payment methods registered in their own name.
13.3. Customers must fund their accounts only using payment methods registered in their own name. If Scout identifies that the name on the payment method does not match the account holder’s name on record, Scout will investigate the matter and if it determines (acting reasonably and in good faith) that the Player has engaged in any misconduct or other illegal activity, it may retain such deposits and void any winnings arising from them. In some cases, legal obligations under AML regulations may restrict Scout from reversing deposits, and funds may be frozen or seized in accordance with applicable law. Where it is legally permissible to do so, Players will be informed of any such actions in compliance with applicable regulations.
13.4. Scout reserves the right to impose conditions on the use of specific payment methods. These conditions may be based on regulatory changes, changes required by the payment provider, or other factors, and may be implemented without prior notice. Scout will notify Players of any material changes affecting the terms of use for payment methods as soon as reasonably practicable.
13.5. Scout reserves the right to change the payment methods that it accepts. Scout does not guarantee that all deposit methods will always be available. The availability of game and deposit options may vary depending on the Player’s jurisdiction, the payment provider, and other factors. Please refer to the Deposits and Withdrawals section of the Site for up-to-date information on available methods.
13.6. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is €10. The maximum deposit amount may be adjusted at Scout's discretion. Players will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.
13.7. It is unlawful to deposit, or attempt to deposit, funds obtained from criminal, illegal or fraudulent activities into your User Account. If such a deposit is detected, Scout reserves the right (acting reasonably and in good faith) to freeze the User Account and all associated funds, and to forward the relevant information and/or funds to the appropriate authorities.
13.8. Players agree not to make any charge-backs, reversals, or cancellations of deposits into their User Account. If such actions occur, the Player agrees to refund and compensate Scout for such unpaid deposits, including any expenses incurred by Scout in relation to the collection of such deposit.
14. Bonuses
14.1. Bonuses can only be received once per household, person, email address, payment method, IP address, or device. Scout reserves the right to investigate any violations of this rule at any time, as detected by our system. In the event it knows of or has reasonable reason to suspect such violations, Scout may (acting reasonably and in good faith) apply restrictions to the affected User Accounts, including but not limited to account closure, suspension, and/or the forfeiture of bonuses and/or winnings, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
14.2. Bonuses are typically implemented as cashback on the rake paid for joining a tournament. After a tournament is completed, a percentage of the rake paid by the Player will be refunded to the Player's account as playable funds. Scout will provide clear details of bonus structures and applicable percentages before they participate, ensuring that players are informed of how bonuses are applied.
14.3. If a tournament is cancelled, or any action is taken that results in a rake refund, Scout reserves the right to also revert the issued bonus associated with the cancelled tournament. Players will be notified of any changes to their bonuses in the event of such cancellations.
14.4. Bonus funds must be used within their validity terms. Any bonuses not claimed within this period will expire, and the Player will no longer be eligible to redeem them. Scout will notify Players of bonus expiry dates when they receive the bonus offer.
14.5. Scout reserves the right to offer improved bonus terms at its discretion. These improvements may include, but are not limited to, the earlier release of bonus funds, negating the cancellation of rake refunds on cancelled tournaments, extending the deadline for bonus usage, and similar enhancements. If a Player is part way through the requirements of a bonus and Scout ends the business relationship for safer gambling reasons, Scout will consider whether it would be fair and reasonable for the Player to receive a proportion of the bonus based on their position at the time. If a Player is identified as displaying strong indicators of harm while they are part way through a bonus, Scout will consider (based on all of the information it holds on the Player) whether to prevent completion of the bonus offer. This will include giving consideration to the structure of the bonus offer and whether it would be responsible to allow the Player to complete it. Scout will also include consideration about Players receiving a proportion of the bonus offer. Commercial considerations will play no part in any decision to withdraw a bonus that has been partially completed. Instead, Scout will take into account fairness and prevention of harm.
14.6. Additionally, Scout reserves the right to offer further bonuses or promotions to users at any time. These promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly provided to users before they participate. Players must review and explicitly accept these terms, such as by checking a box or taking another explicit action, to be eligible.
15. Fees and Charges
15.1. The base currency in Scout's software is EURO. As Scout operates in multiple jurisdictions, account balances and transactional amounts may be displayed in the Player’s local currency based on their location and chosen payment method — for example, GBP for players in the UK. Currency conversions are based on rates applied by the Player’s payment provider and may vary slightly. Conversion fees may also apply, and Players are advised to check applicable rates before making transactions.
15.2. To cover part of the deposit and withdrawal fees paid to our payment solution providers, Scout charges small fees on certain withdrawals. These fees reflect actual costs incurred by Scout. Users are entitled to two free withdrawals per month, after which fees will apply. Pending withdrawals count toward the number of free withdrawals. Free withdrawals do not roll over to the next month if unused.
15.3. If no transaction has been recorded on a Player’s account for 18 months, the account is considered inactive. Unless the account is excluded from gambling, Scout will charge an inactivity fee of €5 per month. This fee will not cause the balance to go negative and will stop once the Player performs a transaction (such as gaming, deposit, or withdrawal) or when the account balance is exhausted. Scout will notify the Player at least 30 days in advance of any inactivity fee deductions.
15.4. If a Player requests account closure, self-excludes, or if the account is otherwise blocked, Scout will remit any remaining balance to the Player within 5 working days after receiving the Player’s updated bank details. This applies if the balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount of €10 or equivalent in the Player’s local currency, plus any applicable fees.
15.5. Players may close their accounts or claim funds from a dormant, closed, blocked, or self-excluded account by contacting Scout at support@fanteam.com.
15.6. Fees will cease once the Player submits a written notice of termination, provided that such notice is given at least thirty (30) days in advance of the intended termination date, using the contact method provided above.
15.7. The Player expressly authorizes Scout to collect any due fees under these terms by debiting the Player’s payment card on file or from the Player’s Scout account.
15.8. Withdrawal Fees:
- Neteller: 4.95% (maximum €20, minimum €5)
- Paypal: 4.95% (maximum €20, minimum €5)
- Skrill: 4.95% (maximum €20, minimum €5)
- Trustly: 3.95% (maximum €20, minimum €2.50)
- Wirecard (bank cards): €5 - Bank transfer: €5
- Other methods: 4.95% (maximum €20, minimum €5)
15.9. Deposit Fees:
- There are no fees on deposits.

Cumulative Liability: Without prejudice to the rest of this clause, in no event shall Scout's cumulative liability to the Player under this Agreement exceed the amount of money the Player transferred or deposited into their User Account on the Site in the twelve (12) months prior to the transaction or other event giving rise to such liability.
16.13. Tax Reporting: Players are responsible for reporting winnings and losses to the relevant tax authorities, if such reporting is required by local tax laws or other regulations. Scout shall not be liable for any Player tax obligations.
17. Anti-money Laundering Procedures
17.1. It is unlawful to deposit, or attempt to deposit, funds obtained from criminal, illegal or fraudulent activities into your User Account. Scout employs best-practice AML procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Scout may at any time (including, but not limited to, during User Account registration) ask Users for additional details including documentation which may be needed to verify the User’s identity, proof of ownership for any payment methods and funds used to deposit or withdraw funds. Scout may suspend transactions on User Accounts until such verification checks are passed.
17.2. In accordance with regulatory requirements and our commitment to anti-money laundering controls and responsible gaming, identity verification is required once cumulative deposits reach €2,000 (or the equivalent in other currencies) within a rolling 180-day period. Verification must be completed before any further gambling activity, including deposits or withdrawals, is allowed. This process requires valid proof of identity, residential address, and date of birth. If the requested documentation is not provided within 30 days of reaching the threshold, the account will be subject to closure and any remaining balance managed in line with this agreement and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
17.3. Any suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity may be reported to Regulatory Authorities, the police or other relevant authorities.
18. Intellectual Property
18.1. All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are the property of Scout or its affiliates and are protected by copyright laws, international treaties, and other applicable rules. Unauthorized use of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
18.2. The Player agrees not to delete, alter, or remove any copyright notices or other indications of protected intellectual property rights from materials received from Scout or accessed on the Site. The Player acknowledges that they do not obtain any intellectual property rights, nor any right or license to use such materials or the Site, except as expressly set out in this Agreement or with Scout's explicit permission.
18.3. All images, graphics, text, and other content displayed on the Site are either the property of Scout or are used with permission from third-party rights holders. 18.4. Any unauthorised use of Scout’s intellectual property or content, including any attempt to copy, modify, distribute, or repurpose any elements of the Site, is a violation of this Agreement. Scout reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that violates these rights.
19. Indemnification

19.3. The Player agrees to cooperate fully with Scout in the defence of any claim. Scout reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification under this Agreement, provided that Scout informs the Player in a timely manner of any claim. The Player shall not settle any claim without the prior written consent of Scout unless the settlement fully releases Scout from liability and does not involve an admission of fault on Scout’s part.
20. Term and Termination
20.1. These terms will remain in effect until terminated by either the Player or Scout.
20.2. Scout reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by providing notice to the Player. Upon termination, the Player will no longer be able to initiate new transactions. Any outstanding obligations, including withdrawals of remaining funds, will still be honored in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
20.3. The Player may terminate this Agreement by providing a thirty (30) day written notice to Scout's customer support at support@fanteam.com. Upon termination by the Player, any remaining funds in the User Account must be withdrawn.

23. Responsible Gambling
23.1. Commitment to Responsible Gambling: Scout is committed to ensuring that its Players gamble responsibly. While gambling is an enjoyable activity for many, we acknowledge it can become addictive for some. To support responsible gambling, Scout provides a range of tools accessible in User Accounts, including on mobile devices, to help manage gambling behaviour. Our responsible gambling tools are easily accessible on Site.
The tools can be set by the Player in their account and include options to:
- Set limits on bets, losses, and deposits.
- Self-exclude for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, five (5) years or indefinite.
- Take a break from gambling for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) weeks.
You will be prompted to set a deposit limit before making Your first deposit. Periodically, We will also encourage You to review Your transaction history and deposit limits.
23.2. Self-Exclusion: If a Player chooses to self-exclude, they will lose access to games, deposits, and participation, but will still be able to withdraw any remaining funds and view their account balance.
23.3. Modification of Self-Exclusion: After the chosen self-exclusion period has elapsed—or, in the case of an indefinite exclusion, after at least six (6) months—players may request to revoke or modify their self-exclusion. This request must be submitted in writing and include an explanation of the reasons for seeking reinstatement. All requests are subject to review under the Licensee’s responsible gaming policies, and approval remains at the Licensee’s discretion. The player will be notified of the outcome in writing within seven (7) days of the request. Where a request is approved, gambling access will only be restored following a mandatory waiting period. For definite exclusions, this waiting period is twenty-four (24) hours; for indefinite exclusions, it is seven (7) days. Players may withdraw their request at any time during this period. Before reinstatement, the Players will be reminded of the responsible gaming tools and support services available.
23.4. GAMSTOP: For customers in Great Britain, Scout participates in GAMSTOP, a GB-wide multi-operator self-exclusion scheme for the online gambling sector. By registering with GAMSTOP, Players can self-exclude from all gambling operators licensed in Great Britain with a single request. More information and registration details can be found at GAMSTOP.
23.5. Managing Self-Exclusion through GAMSTOP: Once registered with GAMSTOP, Players will be automatically excluded from all British online operators for the selected exclusion period. Players are required to keep their GAMSTOP account information (such as email addresses and phone numbers) up to date to ensure that the exclusion remains effective.
23.6. Self-Exclusion Withdrawals: Please note that self-exclusion through GAMSTOP does not automatically trigger the return of withdrawable funds from other operators. The Player must contact other operators directly to arrange withdrawals. GAMSTOP does not facilitate the return of funds. Additionally, Players will not be able to cancel their self-exclusion until their chosen minimum exclusion period has elapsed. Once this period has passed, they will need to contact GAMSTOP to request the removal of the self-exclusion. If no request is made, the self-exclusion will remain in effect.
23.7. Consequences of self-exclusion: Scout will take all reasonable steps to ensure that while a Player is self-excluded, they do not receive any marketing material from Scout. Players acknowledge that if they elect to self-exclude, they are not permitted to open or use a User Account that is operated by Scout. If the User circumvents the measures that Scout (or another self-exclusion service such as GAMSTOP) have in place to exclude the User and deposit into a User Account after having elected to self-exclude, all bets and winnings made during such time will be void and, subject to Scout’s other rights and obligations, Scout may refund any amounts that have been deposited during such period.

Customer interaction and responsibility gambling measures: Scout may further take one or more of the following actions at any time if it has concerns regarding the level of a Player’s gambling: suspend the Player’s User Account; require the Player to impose a bet, loss or deposit limit; impose a bet, loss or deposit limit on the Player; exclude the Player from receiving or participating in bonuses and/or promotions; stopping sending the Player marketing communications; limit the Player’s ability to play certain games; and/or close the Player’s User account and refund any deposit balance and winnings (if any) to the Player. Scout may contact Players from time to time to ask them about their level of gambling.
23.9. Support and Resources: The Responsible Gambling page on our Site contains useful information and links to independent gambling support organisations that offer free and confidential advice. These resources provide general information on how to gamble safely and where to seek help if a Player is experiencing gambling-related issues. If the Player believes they may be negatively affected by gambling, we encourage them to seek help through these resources and/or to contact us directly.
23.10. For more details on how you can control your gambling please visit the Responsible Gambling page.

Excluded Countries: Scout reserves the right to designate certain countries as restricted, meaning that individuals from these countries are prohibited from using our Software or Services or registering on the Site ("Excluded Countries"). 25. Account Suspension and Closure
25.1. Scout’s rights: Scout reserves the right to suspend or close a User Account in compliance with legal, regulatory, or internal policy requirements. The Player will be notified of any account suspension or closure and the reasons behind the action, within a reasonable timeframe, except where doing so would conflict with legal obligations or ongoing investigations.
25.2. Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure may include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. Violation of this Agreement: Including multi-accounting, fraudulent activity, or providing false information during registration or KYC processes.
b. Inactivity: Accounts that have remained inactive for prolonged periods (as defined in Section 15: Fees and Charges) may be subject to closure, and fees may be deducted before account closure in accordance with this Agreement.
c. Responsible Gambling Concerns: Accounts may be suspended or closed upon self-exclusion or if Scout suspects evidence of gambling harm.
d. Jurisdictional Compliance: User Accounts held by Players residing in Excluded Countries or regions where online gambling is illegal may be suspended or closed immediately, in compliance with local laws and international regulations.
e. Suspicious Activity: Any activity flagged as suspicious or in violation of AML policies may result in immediate suspension or closure of the account, pending investigation. Any funds related to suspicious activity may be seized in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
25.3. Notification of Suspension or Closure: a. Scout will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player of any account suspension or closure within forty-eight (48) hours, providing a reason for the action, except in cases where legal or regulatory constraints prevent such disclosure. b. In cases where a User Account is closed due to misconduct or policy violations, any remaining funds will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements, and funds will only be seized where reasonably appropriate and permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
25.4. Reactivating Accounts: Suspended accounts may be reinstated following the successful resolution of the underlying issue, such as providing necessary KYC documentation or addressing responsible gambling concerns. The decision to reinstate an account is solely at Scout’s discretion.
26. Conflicting Terms
26.1. Not all of the legal terms and conditions that apply between Scout and Users are contained within these terms and conditions.
